2. Pack with care
Please return unused items in their original condition and packaging whenever possible. This helps us get the item ready for another pet household.
3. We close the loop
After the return arrives, we will review it and share the next update. If an item is damaged or arrives with an issue, mention that when you contact us so we can prioritize a resolution.
